4. I spent a year under house arrest in the 'DOXA case' (note: DOXA is a Russian student socio-political journal. Before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, DOXA positioned itself as a 'journal about the modern university and issues of social and humanitarian knowledge.' Later, their description on social media changed to 'Independent journal against war, dictatorship, and inequality'). I miraculously avoided prison. As soon as they removed my electronic tracking bracelet, I left. Now I am in federal search.
5. I sleepily read the book «Body Keeps the Score».
6. I miss my family; the university that no longer exists; a life without “excessive exposure” which is no longer there.
7. No, I won't return.
