- I had to leave after serving 15 days in Belarus on political charges.
- Now I feel normal both physically and morally because I find solace in my work, and my profession energizes me. But there were different periods after the move, and at times, I felt overwhelmed and discouraged because, essentially, you start a new life from scratch in a foreign country.
- In "exile," I miss my family who remained in Belarus, my friends, and my village.
- I would return if it were safe, and if there were a change in leadership in Belarus.
- From my family, my grandfather emigrated. He was a Ukrainian who returned from the front to his native village and found only ruins. His entire family, his wife, and children had perished. He couldn't bear to live there because everything reminded him of this tragedy, so he moved to Belarus. He married for the second time there, my father was born, and that's how I'm a quarter Ukrainian. Additionally, my sister moved to Sweden six years ago. Her husband was offered a job in IT there, so they decided to live in Sweden. As a result, their child was born there, and they bought a house in Stockholm, in short, they settled.

- Давялося з’ехаць пасля таго, як адседзеў у Беларусі 15 сутак па палітычным артыкуле.
- Зараз адчуваю сябе нармалёва і фізічна і маральна, бо ратуюся ў працы, мая прафесія мне дае энергію. Але, вядома, былі розныя перыяды пасля пераезду. І накрывала і рукі апускаліся, бо фактычна ты пачынаеш з нуля новае жыццё ў чужой краіне.
- У “выгнанні” я сумую па родных, якія засталіся на радзіме, сябрах і сваёй вёсцы.
- Я б вярнуўся, калі б было бяспечна, і калі б у Беларусі памянялася ўлада.
- З маёй сям’і пераязджаў мой дзед. Ён украінец, вярнуўшыся з фронту ў родную вёску пабачыў на месцы сваёй хаты варонку, уся сям’я, жонка, дзеці загінулі. Ён не змог там жыць, бо ўсё нагадвала пра гэтую трагедыю, і пераехаў у Беларусь, там ажаніўся другі раз, нарадзіўся мой бацька, і такім чынам я на чвэрць украінец. Яшчэ мая сястра пераехала ў Швецыю гадоў шэсць назад. Мужу прапанавалі там працу ў IT, вось яны і вырашылі там пажыць, у выніку і дзіця ў іх там нарадзілася, і жытло купілі ў Стакгольме, карацей, аселі.
